End-to-end solutions designed to streamline your global business — from export logistics to dedicated after-sales support.
The commercial and practical detail behind the four services above — how an order is paid and shipped, what the warranty covers component by component, and who does what on site.
DDP covers freight, duty and customs clearance, and is quoted separately for each destination. If steel, glass or exchange rates move by more than ±5%, we reserve the right to re-quote and will confirm any change in writing before the order is placed.
Every court carries a 10-year warranty from the shipment date. Individual components carry their own terms, and where a component has its own term, that term applies to that component.
| Component | Warranty | What is covered |
|---|---|---|
| Galvanized steel structure | 5 years | Corrosion, weld cracking, structural deformation |
| Artificial turf | 3 years | Fading, fibre pull-out, backing cracks |
| LED lighting | 2 years | Luminaires and driver |
Spare parts: key parts stay available for 10 years after a model is discontinued. After-sales contact by email, WhatsApp or WeChat, answered within 24 hours.
| Model | Install time | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Standard panoramic WP001 · Super panoramic WP002 | 3–4 days per court | The most common choice |
| Classic WP003 | 3 days per court | Simpler structure |
| Rain-roof WP004 | 5–7 days per court | The roof frame is more complex |
| Tournament grade | 5–6 days per court | Higher lighting and precision requirements |
| Portable / mobile | 2 days per court | Needs a levelled, hardened base |
30% T/T deposit on signing the contract and the remaining 70% before shipment. We quote FOB, CIF, EXW or DDP — DDP covers freight, duty and customs clearance and is calculated per destination. Quotes are valid for 10 days.
If steel, glass or exchange rates move by more than ±5% between quotation and order confirmation, we reserve the right to re-quote. Any revision is put in writing before you commit.
All three are covered, but on different terms. The galvanized steel structure carries 5 years against corrosion, weld cracking and structural deformation; artificial turf carries 3 years against fading, fibre pull-out and backing cracks; LED lighting carries 2 years on luminaires and driver.
The court as a whole is warranted for 10 years from the shipment date, and where a component has its own term that term governs that component.
Four things: damage from human error, impact or improper installation; force majeure such as an earthquake, a typhoon exceeding the design wind pressure, or fire; normal wear, including turf thinning under heavy use; and customer modifications or spare parts that are not ours.
You provide the concrete foundation built to our drawing, lifting equipment (a forklift or a 3-tonne crane), 2–4 local installers and site power.
We supply the pre-assembly and testing before dispatch, numbered packing so parts match the drawings on arrival, the foundation drawing and the installation manual.
Standard models take 15–20 days to produce. Custom work — colour, logo or a rain roof — adds 5–10 days, and a non-standard size adds 10–15 days.
On site, a standard panoramic or super panoramic court takes 3–4 days per court, a classic 3 days, a rain-roof model 5–7 days, a tournament-grade court 5–6 days, and a portable court 2 days on a levelled, hardened base.
